EFFITEST represents ultra high-speed platform for testing discrete semiconductors in production. We have currently 2 platforms available. Effitest E-Series is designed for small signal semiconductors like JFETs, Bipolar transistors, Diodes, LEDs whilst Effitest P-Series aims for power semiconductors such as MOS-FETs and IGBTs. It is specifically designed to be connected to all standard handlers in the market. Both testers are also suitable for testing GaN and SiC devices.
