Unites Systems a.s. offers a wide range of Contract manufacturing (OEM), including:
- Design of printed circuit boards according to customers needs and demands (Design systém ORCAD) and their implemantation.
- Supply of components for the complement of printed circuit boards at accredited supplieres
- Recessing printed circuit boards (largely small batch production) Pb, Pb free technology (Components are recessed manually up to sizes 0603, SOIC, SSOP)
- Soldering in a kiln SLC 300 (soldering in steam max. 230°C) maximum size PCB 320mm x 250mm
- Washing printed circuit boards in a water-spray washbox (without ultrasonic)
- Visual screening printered circuit boards
- Testing printered circuit boards
