Basic principals of privacy policy in UNITES Systems a.s.



This Privacy Policy ("Policy") represent basic principles that the company UNITES Systems a.s., with its registered seat Kpt. Macha 1372, Valašské Meziříčí, holding the Czech ID no. 258 63 665 ("Company") is bound by upon gathering and processing of personal data. This Policy complies with these general regulations:

  1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the "GDPR"); and
  2. Act no. 480/2004 Sb., on Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments of Certain Acts (Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended (the "Act on Certain Information Society Services").

PERSONAL SCOPE

This Policy shall apply to all persons visiting the web page of the Company www.unites-systems.com (www.unites.cz) (the "Web Page"), regardless whether or not they are they in any contractual relationship with the Company (the "Data Subjects").

By using the Web Page of the Company, you acknowledge this Policy and expressly grant consent with its application.

Personal Data means in accordance with the GDPR any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (not a legal entity). Essentially it means any information that - whether independently or collectively with other information – can serve to identify a certain natural person (the "Personal Data").

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED

The Company processes the following Personal Data:

  1. Name and surname;
  2. Birthdate;
  3. Employer's address / registered office;
  4. Phone number;
  5. E-mail adress.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company processes the Personal Data for the purpose of sending newsletters with information to its clients.

Beyond the aforementioned, the Company is authorized to send the Data Subjects business communications in accordance with the Act on Certain Information Society Services, i.e. if the Company gains the details of the Data Subject's electronic contact for the electronic mail in connection with the provision of services.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Company retains the Personal Data for a time necessary to provide services, minimum being 5 years after the last provision of such services to the specific Data Subject unless a generally binding regulation requires a longer period.

DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

The Data Subjects have the following rights:

  1. right to withdraw consent with the Personal Data processing, if the processing is based on it;
  2. right of access to the Personal Data and to information specified in Article 15(1) of the GDPR;
  3. right to rectify inaccurate Personal Data and, if needed, completion of incomplete Personal Data;
  4. right of erasure of the Personal Data in accordance with the Article 17 of the GDPR;
  5. right to restriction of processing of the Personal Data in accordance with the Article 18 of the GDPR;
  6. right to receive the Personal Data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable and a right to transmit those data to another person in accordance with the Article 20 of the GDPR;
  7. right to be informed on the Personal Data breach in accordance with the Article 34 of the GDPR;
  8. right to object to processing of the Personal Data in accordance with the Article 21 of the GDPR; and
  9. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, or via Data Box, ID: qkbaa2n.
