HVm20

HVm20

The HVm20 (High Voltage Module) is a high voltage option to the test systems M3000 and M3600. The option serves for high voltage tests of all kinds up to approx. 3000 V. The HVm20 can be used as an independent high voltage source or in conjunction with the HV07B*; it can be used with the TA07B transistor test adapter.

The HV07B is a configuration adapter for the TA07B transistor test adapter. The HV07B allows to connect high-voltage signals up to 2000 VDC to the DUT pins. The high-voltage signals are generated by the HVm20. The option can generate voltages from +10V up to +3070V. Because of the small dielectric strength of the test sockets the output voltage is limited on +2000V.
